Easy Baked Kamote Fries Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 large- sized kamote, peeled and cut into slices

  • 1/2 cup cornstarch

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 3/4 tsp cayenne powder

  • 4 tbsp olive oil

HOW TO COOK:

  1. Combine the kamote and cornstarch in a large bowl then stir to coat evenly.

  2. Strain to remove excess cornstarch.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the kamote, olive oil, cayenne, and salt then toss to coat evenly.

  4. Arrange in greased baking sheet then bake in a preheated oven over 400 F or 205 C for 15 minutes then turn each side and bake for another 15 minutes (or until both sides are browned).

  5. Turn off the heat then let it cool inside the oven for another 15 minutes.

  6. Serve with dipping sauce. Enjoy!
