Bistek Tagalog Recipe, makes four to six servings Ingredients: -1/4 cup soy sauce -2 tablespoons calamansi or lemon juice -1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices -freshly ground black pepper -vegetable oil -1 medium onion, cut into 1/4-inch thick rings -4 medium potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices Procedure: Marinate beef in soy sauce, calamansi and freshly ground black pepper.
